Steel Liners

• Oreteq product range includes CCO - Chrome Carbide overlay liners (Weld overlay), Sintered carbide liners and Q&T steel liners.

Process Control

• Oreteq standard quality procedure starts with checks on raw materials and then applied throughout the manufacturing cycle.

Material Analysis

• A few samples of every batch produced is analysed in laboratory. This gives an instant and permanent record of the chemical analysis of every casting produced from a melt. Traceability is maintained by issuing a unique number to every casting produced from the melt.

Visual Analysis

• Our team of qualified inspectors check and report on castings at every stage of manufacture. In case of machined and heat-treated items, four separate visual and dimensional checks on surface finish and adherence to drawing tolerances are measured.

Testing

• To check physical properties universal testing machines are used. A wide range of equipment is used to identify Vickers, Rockwell and Brinell hardness. Also, a variety of special equipment is available on site for testing items.

Rubber Lining & Ceramic Lining

• Oreteq offers quality wear resistant lining materials and application services. We also offer material selection advise based on application. Rubber and Ceramic lining services can be carried out at our workshop or anywhere at our client’s facility across WA.
• Natural rubber has excellent elongation, tensile strength, abrasion resistance, cut and tear resistance. Our products are designed and manufactured to be used as a wear and corrosion protection of steel surfaces.
